摘要: We describe a simple method based on the oxygen pressure‐temperature phase diagram to prepare deficient YBa2Cu3Ox thin films. Systematic critical temperature and x‐ray diffraction experiments clearly show that films with different contents (6.6≤x≤7) are obtained in controlled, reproducible, reversible way.
