摘要: Hypertension is considered as the most important contributor to stroke patients among all risk factors. Over 70% of accompany with chronic hypertension. could induce brain vascular system change, and these changes likely impair blood flow autoregulation contribute increased infarct size after vessel occlusion. As preclinical researches developed, a better understanding emerging how hypertension induces damage cerebrovascular dysfunction, raising possibility protecting from ravages The mechanisms that high pressure incidence severity in hypertensive remain poorly understand. appropriate control will promote function potentially repair ischemia damaged patients. By examining antihypertensive treatments animal models, we may develop manage acute setting. And our constantly broaden mechanisms, scientist now have opportunity new strategies therapy or management stroke, which help recovery prevent recurrence.
