摘要: In 15 male patients 45 to 74 yr of age, we measured angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activity during and after cardiopulmonary bypass (all values were corrected for hemodilution occurring surgery). Baseline ACE measurements (prior onset bypass) 17.6 +/- 6.7 nmol hippuric acid formed/min/ml (mean SD). After the lung was isolated, serum fell rapidly (half-clearance time, 39.5 min) 20 min reached a new steady state 33% below baseline values. Within 10 reperfusion, rose 90% 198.3 again significantly period from 60 300 end bypass. Serum had returned when assessed 24 h surgery; in fluctuates rapidly, it is cleared at site distant lung, probably liver. Secretion into vascular compartment by impaired immediately
