摘要: Annotation — Modeling of downconverter with the RF input 63.8 GHz and its components was conducted, including 63.8GHz subharmonically pumped (SHP) diode mixer 5.8GHz F-class power amplifier (PA) based on metamaterials gain equal 11.8 dB. This is a dual down-conversion system. The intermediate frequencies 70 MHz correspondingly. proposed utilizes pair anti-parallel diodes to achieve subharmonic mixing mechanism composed coplanar diplexer, LO filter, band-pass filter (BPF) frequency (IF) low-pass (LPF). diplexer used improve isolation between radio (RF) local oscillation (LO) ports. IF LPF supports an that equals 5.8 GHz. conversion loss at level 10 dBm constitutes −21.09 dB, LO-to-RF RF-to-IF are −12 − 21 respectively.
