摘要: Background: Biomedical research has recently moved through three stages in digital healthcare: (1) data collection; (2) sharing; and (3) analytics. With the explosion of stored health (HD), dental medicine is edging into its fourth stage digitization using artificial intelligence (AI). This narrative literature review outlines challenge managing HD anticipating potential AI oral healthcare by summarizing current literature. Summary: The basis successful management establishment a generally accepted standard that will guide implementation within electronic records (EHR) information technology ecosystems (HIT Eco). Thereby continuously adapted (self-) learning systems (LHS) can be created. HIT Eco future combine (i) front-end utilization clinical decision-making providers supportive diagnostic tools for patient-centered treatment planning, (ii) back-end algorithms analyzing standardized collected to inform population-based policy decisions about resource allocations directions. Cryptographic methods blockchain enable safe, more efficient, effective care global perspective. Key Message: interoperability with accessible technologies key deliver value-based exploit tremendous AI.
