摘要: Chitosan/sepiolite (CS/SEP) bionanocomposite films have been prepared and characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopic analysis. The results indicated the formation of a phase separated microcomposite structure at low high content SEP. point zero charge was determined as neutral pH. thermal behavior samples examined by TGA/derivative (DTG) dispersed clay improved stability matrix systematically increase loading. release Tetracycline (TC) also studied in batch system function pH, content, contact time 37°C. Increase composite resulted decrease TC due to interaction silanol groups (SiOH) OH drug hydrogen bonding. Diffusion rate aqueous medium decreased increasing SEP content. POLYM.
