摘要: Abstract Background The nature and organization of dental practice is changing. aim this study was to explore how job satisfaction among dentists associated with setting. Methods A survey measured income, benefits, hours worked, clinical autonomy, work-life balance, emotional exhaustion, overall working in large group, small solo settings; 2,171 responded. authors used logistic regression measure differences reported levels across settings. Results Dentists group settings the most overall. more income benefits than practice, as well having least stress. Conclusions Findings suggest possible advantages disadvantages different types Practical Implications satisfaction. These results may help decide which setting best for them.
