摘要: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between management control system (MCS) and strategy formation processes, namely: intended strategy, emergent impelemented strategy. focus MCS in interactive system. based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as its multivariate analyses instrument. samples were upper middle managers manufacturing company Banten Province, DKI Jakarta Province West Java Province. AMOS Software 16 program is used an additional instrument resolve problem SEM modeling. found that brought a positive significant influence Intended strategy; implemented limitation our empirical model only one way process
