摘要: Christopher Hitchcock‘s discussion of my use screening-off in analyzing the causal process natural selection raises some interesting issues to which I am pleased reply. The bulk his article is devoted fairly general points theory explanation. In particular, he questions whether or not point that phenotype screens off genotype from reproductive success (in cases organismic selection) supports claim explanation differential should be terms phenotypic differences, genotypic differences. will respond this and show why two supposed counter-examples position fail.
