摘要: X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) of Cu 2p have been studied for oxygen- and air-sintered samples Bi2(La,Pr)0.5Ca2.5Cu2Oy Bi2Nd0.5Ca2.5Cu2Oy. We estimated the number 3d electrons, n d , charge transfer energy, Δ, from these results. point out possibility that difference T C between compounds with same doped hole concentrations is associated . The role – O2p in superconductivity discussed.
