摘要: A method of managing data in a flash EEPROM memory array allows all to be recovered after power loss except new sector which the content is being changed when lost. The includes providing block structure and plurality structures each array, storing an indication operating state or associated physical array; changing stored changes; detecting restored system has lost power; depending on indications detected.
