摘要: A nephroblastoma is a tumor arising from metanephric blastema occurring in childhood. Among laboratory rodents, has been frequently reported rats, but it remains exceedingly rare mice. The present work describes young mouse homozygous for the specific Trp53 R172H point mutation coupled with targeted deletion of Pin1 gene. affected kidney was effaced by biphasic an epithelial component arranged tubules surrounded nests blastemal cells. Immunohistochemically, neoplasm diffusely positive Wilms' antigen. expressed markers renal tubular differentiation including wide-spectrum cytokeratin, E-cadherin and folate-binding protein. Furthermore, exhibited high proliferative index diffuse nucleocytoplasmic β-catenin expression. Based on histological immunohistochemical features, diagnosis potentially associated loss oncogenic activation proposed.
