摘要: This article introduces the smart urban planning in mitigation of natural disasters areas Indonesia especially North Sumatera. A city is a city-based social development, capital, citizen participation, transportation and information technology, resources quality life. Frequency socio-economic impacts frequent recent decades due to climate change environment. The approach used this paper combination Geographic Information System (GIS) mobile IT form geospatial information. Mobile services sector which government involved formation cities. reviews growth cities considers how systems can improve adaptation approaches these risks recovery from disasters.
