摘要: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) secreted by a variety of cells, including cancer in the tumor microenvironment play crucial roles progression transferring molecular cargos. Emerging evidence indicates that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are important biomolecules can be transferred EVs to modulate development. The potential clinical application EV-transferred lncRNAs biological fluids for diagnosis has also been verified. Over past decade, research on and applications their contents human cancers reached new heights. Therefore, detailed discussion various cancers, bladder (BC), will provide novel strategy therapy. In this review, we summarized discussed current studies detection technologies lncRNAs. diagnostic values fluids, urine, serum, plasma, BC prognosis were compared. Moreover, biofunctional these further discussed. addition, highlighted directions suggestions future BC-associated conclusion, show significant as noninvasive biomarkers or therapeutic targets treatment.
