摘要: Peanut proteins conarachin II, I and arachin were found to behave as highly selective fluorescence sensors for periodate amongst a set of different anions. The interactions the with also confirmed by other spectral methods enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). results indicate interaction peanut chloride, sulphate, iodide, phosphate, nitrate, nitrite, bromide, fluoride, persulphate, acetate, thiosulphate, arsenite, arsenate, sulphite, iodide. Periodate sensing using synthesized organic molecules are already reported in literature. In this article we report efficiency anion sensor which bioactive inexpensive too. protein have resulted simultaneous reduction allergenicity proteins. A change secondary structure was responsible further established help circular dichroism Raman spectroscopy.
