摘要: Florfenicol (FLR) is a commonly used antibiotic for the treatment of bacterial diseases in white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei. In this study, we evaluated tissue distribution and elimination, changes selected metabolism enzymes transcriptional activity metabolism-related genes following oral administration FLR. Shrimp (9.5 ± 0.5 cm) were fed coated with FLR 100 mg kg−1 200 mg kg−1 body weight 6 days followed by period feeding without 10 days to evaluate elimination pattern. Gill, hepatopancreas muscle tissues collected on 3rd, 6th day antibiotics at 3, 5 after withdrawal. The concentration residue was significantly higher than that other tissues. Ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) glutathione-S-transferase (GST) activities increased gill FLR-fed until post Furthermore, profiles (CYP1A1, CYP3, CYP4, GST) dependent dosage administered time sampling. Results study expected provide additional contribution emerging field crustaceans understanding pharmacokinetic metabolic progress L. vannamei administration.
