摘要: A simple technique for the replication of micro-optical elements is presented. Elastomeric material used to realize a negative mold original optical element and UV-curing adhesive make replicated copy. Replicated elements, such as refractive diffractive are produced. The microlenses have diameter 970 µm height 79 multilevel blazed grating with period 64 µm. characteristics measured using different methods. deviation from sphere 0.13?. 0.12?. root mean square (rms), respectively. has diffraction efficiency over 80%.
