摘要: Abstract Four teat dips formulated at different concentrations of iodine were evaluated by experimental challenge with Staphylococcus aureus (Newbould 305). Teat dip, contents, and efficacies were: 1) .1, .3, .5%; 73.0, 70.8, 74.9%; 2) .25 55.8 64.6%; 3) .1 74.8 70.0%; 4) .05, .25, 1.0%; 79.5, 82.6, 80.7, 94.4%. Products low concentration highly effective in reducing incidence infections no significant differences within formulation from content. The model provided an efficient method for evaluating efficacy postmilking dips.
