摘要: Background. Although energy balance is the main factor that regulates body weight, recent studies suggest calcium metabolism can modify and help regulate weight. Objective. To evaluate association between intake in diet high mass index Mexican adults 20-59 age group. Material methods. A cross-sectional secondary analytical study was conducted based on 2006 National Health Nutritional Survey (ENSANUT 2006). Food questionnaires applied to 16,494 were analyzed. After removing biologically implausible values or incomplete information, we arrived at a final sample of 15,662 grouped according their index. Linear regression used assess daily dietary Results.
