摘要: Purpose To evaluate the feasibility of split cornea transplantation for 2 recipients by combining deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) and Descemet membrane endothelial (DMEK). Design Interventional case series. Methods Fifty consecutive eyes with stromal disease suitable DALK 50 DMEK were scheduled both procedures within 72 hours. Main outcome measures included success using a single donor recipients, best spectacle-corrected visual acuity (BSCVA), complication rates 6 months' follow-up. Results A could be used in 47 cases (94%). In 3 (6%), procedure had to converted penetrating (PK) requiring full-thickness corneal graft. Thereby, corneas (47%) saved. Six months after surgery, mean BSCVA was 20/36 that underwent successful DALK, 20/50 conversion from PK, 20/29 DMEK. Postoperative complications folds 5 (11%) epitheliopathy (6%). After DMEK, partial graft detachment occurred 26 (52%) managed successfully intracameral air reinjection. All remained clear up surgery. No intraocular infections occurred. Conclusion Split use tissue combined subsequent days is feasible approach reduce shortage future.
