摘要: After the construction of a pavement system, deterioration occurs because traffic loading and weathering action results in formation various types distresses an increase roughness. "Roughness" can be defined as irregularities surface that affect driver safety user costs, including fuel consumption, repair maintenance, depreciation, tire costs. In this study, roughness was predicted with use newly released Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide for levels initial condition. Four alternative maintenance rehabilitation (M&R) strategies were used to estimate life-cycle cost over 35-year analysis period.
