摘要: Abstract Machining deformation of aircraft monolithic component is simulated by finite element method (FEM) and validated experiment. The initial residual stress in pre-stretched plate generated simulating quenching stretching processes. With a single tool-tooth milling process FEM, the machining loads material removing obtained. Restart-calculation put forward to complete whole simulation process. To verify FEM result, an experiment carried out. distribution resulting from shows good agreement with which indicates that key technologies presented paper are practicable can be used simulate predict its deformation. Lengthy expensive trial error avoided.
