摘要: A new earthquake early warning algorithm is proposed in this paper. Intelligent sampling technique used to expose signal information a way facilitate the inference of knowledge. The goal assess, by observing first few seconds P-wave, whether incoming destructive or not, and generate an alert eventually take action. Once method has been developed, performance results obtained using real seismic data from open-access databases are presented, thereby validating effectiveness estimating magnitude. Since real-time device interoperability critical aspects applications such as detection, suitability compatibility with IEEE1451 family standards demonstrated.
