摘要: This paper summarizes the results of recent data characterizing role endogenous opioid peptides and receptors in nociception. In addition, evidence is given that antinociception induced by intracerebroventricular injection opioids into mouse brain mediated resembling those mediating inhibitory action these substances on rat vas deferens (putative epsilon-receptors). The ligands for receptor are beta-endorphin deriving from proenkephalin A.
