摘要: The use of pedicle screws for short-segment implants has been known to be dangerous in patients who score a 7 or higher on McCormack's classification. efficiency ligamentotaxis the posterior longitudinal ligament (PLL) and fusion relation classification not proven. purpose this study was compare clinical radiological results indirect decompression using PLL between with high- (score higher) low-grade 6 less) fracture. Eighteen (19 levels) fracture group were compared 23 (27 high-grade group. Clinical outcomes measured Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) visual analog scale (VAS) scores; radiologic measures determined spinal canal area mean sagittal diameter; complications evaluated compared. A significant improvement each groups found pre- postoperative area, diameter, Cobb's angle, anterior vertebral height compression rate. difference 2 Moreover, VAS ODI scores continued significantly improve at last follow-up No prevalence complications. Despite high score, no Therefore, useful technique recieve score.
