摘要: Physical parameters in the so-called t - ′ J model are determined for hole-doped copper oxide superconductor, (La, Sr) 2 CuO 4 , by using cluster approach. We find that superconductor both freedoms of spin and charge, which represented respectively, should be taken into account on an equal basis. The dependence two factors is examined model; one magnitude p -3 d hybridization other charge transfer energy between Cu-3 O-2 σ orbitals plane. calculated values various compounds with T-, T * -phases compared experimental results. Finally, a role apical oxygen Cu-oxides calculating electronic state as function level oxygen.
