摘要: Abstract This paper addresses a numerical investigation of the performance domestic hot water tank (HWT) integrated with phase change materials (PCM). The predictions made by three TRNSYS types were compared and most appropriate one was selected as reference model. Then, existing model for HWT PCM validated available data. then used to investigate impact type, its amount location within on system using real withdrawal profiles; low, medium high. An improvement in energy storage resulted from combined use sensible heat sodium acetate trihydrate +10% graphite showing highest potential reduce charging time an industrial grade granulated paraffin wax RT58-Rubitherm.
