摘要: Olympic class sailing is a competitive sport and requires several abilities. An understanding of the responses to aerobic anaerobic loading will be useful for assessing training programs, protective strategies possibility injuries. Therefore, aim this study determine lower extremity main muscles skin temperature test conditions in Turkish Sailing Athletes. Eighteen athletes were assessed during preseasonal assessment period. Temperatures quadriceps hamstring muscle groups evaluated bilaterally rest after Wingate Treadmill tests. was accepted as an indicator performance performance. Infrared thermography performed assess at anterior posterior parts thigh both legs. In triplicate comparison, changes between rest, significant (p < 0.05). analysis difference compared groups; groups, change not significant; contrast result Energetic—metabolic activity major extremities are important injury prevention, treatment, rehabilitation return play. Present shows that or activities higher energetic-metabolic activity.
