摘要: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a specific type of with poor overall survival (OS) time. Previous studies revealed that microRNAs (miRNAs/miRs) serve important roles in the pathogenesis, progression and prognosis TNBC. The present study analyzed miRNA expression clinical data patients TNBC downloaded from Cancer Genome Atlas. A total 194 differentially expressed miRNAs were identified between matched normal tissues using cut-off criteria P 2. Of these miRNAs, 65 downregulated 129 upregulated.
