摘要: Abstract The basal lamina is composed of molecules which physically interact to form a network that serves as migrational scaffold for many cell types. In the developing peripheral nervous system grasshopper, neuronal growth cones are intimately associated with they migrate. Laminin major component and potent promoter neurite outgrowth in vitro . However, it unclear what source laminin or how distribution within established. To address this question, grasshopper subunit genes were cloned. As expected, was found throughout embryo, particular limb bud, where its expression coincident guidance Tibial (Til) pioneer neurons. Surprisingly, synthesis β γ chains restricted migratory mesodermal cells, while other nonmigratory tissues, such epithelium presumptive muscle, not detected. spite this, immunoreactivity appears uniform available substrate axonal outgrowth.
