摘要: This paper presents an interactive fuzzy satisfying method based on Hybrid Modified Honey Bee Mating Optimization (HMHBMO). Its purpose is to solve the Multi-objective Optimal Operation Management (MOOM) problem which can be affected by Fuel cell power plants (FCPPs). Minimizing total electrical energy losses, cost, pollutant emission produced sources and deviation of bus voltages are objective functions in this method. A new presented multi-objective assuming that decision-maker (DM) has targets for each functions. Through interaction with DM, goals quantified eliciting corresponding membership Considering current solution, DM updates reference values until best solution obtain. The MOOM modeled as a mixed integer nonlinear programming problem. Therefore, evolutionary methods used since they independence function’s type constraints. Recently researchers have called Optimizations (HBMO) algorithm. Original HBMO often converges local optima disadvantage In order avoid shortcoming we propose improves mating process also combines modified Chaotic Local Search (CLS). Numerical results distribution test system been illustrate performance applicability proposed
