摘要: A study examining the effects of participative management practices [i.e., decision making (PDM) and a self-managing work team] on organizational performance surveyed 403 employees public enterprises run by City Seoul. This considered feedback as partial mediating variable. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to examine causal relationships among variables in structural model investigate construct validity fits measurement model. We found that team leads improvements, but PDM failed achieve an improvement performance. Additionally, this played effect relationship between discuss theoretical practical implications findings.
