摘要: Despite a recent literature supporting the impact of surgery on natural history low-grade glioma (LGG), indications resection still remain matter debate, especially because frequent location these tumors within eloquent brain areas – thus with risk to induce permanent postoperative deficit. Therefore, since antagonist nature this is perform most extensive removal possible, while preserving function and quality life, new concepts were recently applied LGG in order optimize the␣benefit/risk ratio surgery.
