摘要: Abstract This study presents an economical and environmental appraisal of the Biomass Integrated Gasification/Gas Turbine Combined Cycle (BIG-GTCC) introduction in a Brazilian sugarcane mill to increase power generation potential. The analysis considers torrefaction technology as pretreatment procedure for wet bagasse settle feeding problems experienced during gasifier continuous operation using this powdered feedstock. impacts after integrating BIG-GTCC were determined life cycle assessment. When analyzed behavior expected annual revenue both configurations, implementation gasification surplus volume plant appears best option from economic viewpoint.
