摘要: Two kinds of oxygen/fluorine/nitrogen mixtures with large concentration oxygen have been used to oxyfluorinate low density polyethylene (LDPE). The O 2 /F /N volume fraction in the was 1/1/4 and 2/1/4, respectively. Both original LDPE oxyfluorinated samples are plate 0.25∼0.30 mm thickness. space charge characteristics were tested by using pulsed electro acoustic (PEA) method. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) attenuated total reflection infrared (ATR-IR) as well X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) employed characterize morphology chemical composition layer, It discussed that effects high on LDPE. relationship between it evolution layer studied, too. results show distribution at surface changes largely after oxyfluorination. Positive heterocharge appears near cathode samples, which different from situation only homocharge. amount increases enhancement oxyfluorination condition. reason is considered alters components microstructure lowers trap level hole deepens electron. Therefore, injection anode decreases. accumulation positive cathode. Besides, leads obvious introduction atom initial oxyfluoriantion stage. However, formation rate C=O groups obviously restrained degree. obtained helpful for deepen understanding about effect dielectric properties mechanism.
