摘要: Country-based patterns of total species richness, endemicity, and threatened richness in African rodents insectivores are studied this paper. We found several which were similar between rodents. Indeed, both groups we observed: (i) a significantly uneven distribution across countries geographic regions with highest peaks being Middle Africa lowest Northern Africa, (ii) increasing rainfall but independent on country’s surface area, (iii) each country, the insectivore endemic increases positively correlated rodent increases. However, number endemics peaked South D.R. Congo groups, also Tanzania for Insectivores Ethiopia In addition, numbers occurred Congo, Rwanda Uganda Cameroon insectivores. The conservation implications these results discussed.
