Design and realization of STL model slice algorithm based on dynamic adjacent edge

摘要: Based on the analysis and summary of features existing STL (Stereolithography) model slicing algorithms, algorithm that based dynamic adjacent edge is proposed. According to Z-max Z-min Z-coordinate projection in slice direction thickness every layer, achieving whole model, topological relation array established. On basis this relation, taking edges as objects build sequential list remove redundant data. The iterative method used complete calculating intersections tangent plane edges, oriented closed printing path can be obtained by connecting orderly, it improves efficiency with guarantee accuracy. Through comparison actual operation components, enforceability are verified.
