摘要: Spin-selective spatial filtering of propagating polariton condensates, using a controllable spin-dependent gating barrier, in one-dimensional semiconductor microcavity ridge waveguide is reported. A nonresonant laser beam provides the source polaritons, while second circularly polarized weak imprints spin dependent potential which gates flow and generates currents. complete spin-based control over blocked transmitted polaritons obtained by varying gate polarization.
