摘要: A process for the enzymatic reduction of an enoate (1) wherein C=C bond is stereoselectively hydrogenated in presence enoate-reductase and oxidizable co-substrate (2) a system which free NAD(P)H, a. formula (1); b. c. ketone radical (-CRO), aldehyde (-CHO), carboxyl (-COOR), with R = H or optionally substituted C1-C6-alkyl radical, d. R1, R2 R3 are independently one another H, -O-C1-C6-alkyl, -O-W W hydroxyl protecting group, C1-C6-alkyl, can be substituted, C2-C6-alkenyl, carboxyl, carbo- heterocyclic, aromatic nonaromatic -OH R1 linked to so as become part 4-8-membered cycle, proviso that may not identical.
