摘要: Abstract We demonstrated that the orientation of unmodified BN nanosheets can be controlled in a polymer matrix either perpendicular or parallel to nanocomposite film surface with high anisotropy triggered by rotating superconducting magnetic field (10 T ) while prepolymer suspension polyepoxide was cross-linked. The resulting had outstanding thermal anisotropy, and increased diffusivity proportional anisotropic nanosheet. This research provides method effectively control diamagnetic 1D 2D nanofiller particles polymer-based nanocomposites, may provide enhanced dielectric interface materials for semiconductor industry.
