摘要: The Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) Study is an ongoing, nationwide study of the effects environmental influences on behavioral and brain development in adolescents. ABCD a collaborative effort, including Coordinating Center, 21 data acquisition sites across United States, Data Analysis Informatics Center (DAIC). main objective to recruit assess over eleven thousand 9-10-year-olds follow them course 10 years characterize normative cognitive development, many factors that influence those mental health other outcomes. employs state-of-the-art multimodal imaging, clinical assessments, bioassays, careful assessment substance use, environment, psychopathological symptoms, social functioning. will provide resource unprecedented scale depth for studying typical atypical development. Here, we describe baseline neuroimaging processing subject-level analysis methods used by DAIC centralized extraction neuroanatomical functional imaging phenotypes. Neuroimaging analyses include modality-specific corrections distortions motion, segmentation cortical surface reconstruction derived from structural magnetic resonance (sMRI), microstructure using diffusion MRI (dMRI), task-related (fMRI), connectivity resting-state fMRI.
