摘要: The clinical outcomes of 183 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism (PE) and a "low probability PE" interpretation aerosol-perfusion scintigrams were reviewed. Based in part on the scintigraphic findings, 173 (94.5%) not treated anticoagulants. Over mean follow-up period 8.4 months, only one patient (who was from untreated group) had evidence PE. These results suggest that low-probability scintigram is generally reliable suitable indicator for decision making having
