摘要: A study of the micro-channelling process on a brittle amorphous glass using an abrasive slurry jet is presented. The mechanisms micro-channel formation are discussed first, followed by development predictive models for material removal rate and dimensions micro-channels produced. account variety target properties as well other parameters have been verified experimental study. It shown that model predictions in good agreement with data.
