摘要: Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare and nonmetastasizing soft tissue tumor of the pelvis perineum occurs almost exclusively in adult females. It infiltrates locally has high risk local recurrence. Recommended treatment symptomatic patient wide excision with tumor-free margins close postoperative monitoring. Herein, case aggressive an male described, which arose scrotum over 12 months. The showed intermediate signal on T1-weighted MRI images. Contrast-enhanced images good enhancement. Wide was performed. surgical specimen measured 7 x 5 cm size weighed 80 g. tumor's surface smooth had gelatinous cut surface. Grossly, it encapsulated pleura-like membrane finger-like projection. Microscopically, sections many walled vessels various sizes, collagen fibrils, loose myxoid background. spindle stroma cells. CT angiomatous myxomatous nature wall. To authors' knowledge, this first report to describe findings scrotal angiomyxoma.
