摘要: A protracted pro-inflammatory state is a major contributing factor in the development, progression and complication of most common chronic pathologies. Fruit vegetables represent main sources dietary antioxidants their consumption can be considered an efficient tool to counteract inflammatory states. In this context evaluation protective effects strawberry extracts on stress induced by E. coli LPS human dermal fibroblast cells was performed terms viability assays, ROS nitrite production biomarkers oxidative damage biological macromolecules. The results demonstrated that exerted anti-inflammatory effect LPS-treated cells, through increase cell viability, reduction levels, lipid, protein DNA damage. This work showed for first time potential health benefits extract against cells.
