摘要: The temperature dependence of the density silicon and germanium in neighborhood crystal-melt phase transition is investigated by an improved thermometric method. Changes volume occurring during from solid to liquid state are estimated. It shown that increases process and, accordingly, specific decreases both germanium; increase pressure noticeably melting points substances.
