摘要: Lymphatic leakage is a rare complication of thyroid surgery, the risk which increases in presence malignancy and correlates with extent surgery. Although primarily associated left-sided thoracic duct injuries, lymphatic leaks may occur following right-sided neck dissections for metastatic cancer. However, development lymphocele lobectomy benign disease exceptionally rare.
