摘要: Here, we report the successful synthesis of a spin- and charge-decoupled diluted magnetic semiconductor (DMS) (Ca,Na)(Zn,Mn)2As2, crystallizing into hexagonal CaAl2Si2 structure. The compound shows ferromagnetic transition with Curie temperature up to 33 K 10% Na doping, which gives rise carrier density np ∼ 1020 cm−3. new DMS is soft material HC < 400 Oe. anomalous Hall effect observed below ordering temperature. With increasing Mn order accompanied by an interaction between local spin mobile charge, giving minimum in resistivity at low temperatures localizing conduction electrons. system provides ideal platform for studying spins
