摘要: Electric conductivity measurements in the temperature range from 100° to 500°C were made on sodium chloride crystals doped separately with magnesium, calcium, strontium, and barium as divalent impurities, undoped crystals. The results indicate that mobility of cation vacancies, binding energy complex solubility impurity crystal lattice are dependent ion radius, but jump activation is not affected by impurities. concentration unavoidable impurities estimated be order 7×10−6 molar fraction they likely calcium. analysis also shows determine vacancies an measuring a function ions artificially dissolved crystal, it necessary use whose physical parameters close those ions.Electric ions.
