Effect of type of ionizing radiation on radiation crosslinking of polyacrylonitrile fiber hydrolyzate

摘要: A comparative study was performed on the effect of different types ionizing radiation differing by four orders magnitude in dose rate, namely, γ-rays and electron-beam radiation, formation network structure an aqueous salt solution industrial hydrolyzate polyacrylonitrile fiber, as well properties irradiated solutions polyelectrolyte gels obtained from these solutions. For first time, it shown that efficiency radiation-chemical processes induced macromolecules fiber is two-three times case γ-irradiation.
